Code of Conduct
Tailor Made Recruitment adheres to the Dutch national rules and regulations. We operate according to the “Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens” as outlined by the “Centraal Bureau Persoonsgegevens” (part of the Ministry of Justice) and the “Sollicitatiecode” as outlined by the “Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling (NVP)”.
Furthermore Tailor Made Recruitment also maintains its own code of conduct. This is more than a description of our approach. Prior to the process we try to create clarity both to our clients and candidates:
- Tailor Made Recruitment works exclusively on behalf of companies and institutions, never on behalf of candidates. Therefore Tailor Made Recruitment only accepts a fee of its clients, never of its candidates.
- Each assignment will be treated confidentially. Without permission Tailor Made Recruitment does not provide any information about a client or a candidate to third parties.
- Tailor Made Recruitment will not approach any employees within a department of its client’s for at least one year after their (last) successful placement.
- Only if a client’s employee responds on its own initiative to a Tailor Made Recruitment advert campaign, Tailor Made Recruitment will be free to use these candidates for an executive or search and selection process.
